Oatmeal carrot cookies

So, this morning I decided to try making some oatmeal carrot cookies. I found a recipe on pinterest, and they turned out so good!

For the recipe you need;
1 cup of oatmeal
3/4 cup flower (I used whole wheat or something)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla powder/vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp melted butter
1/2 cup sirup
1 egg
1 shredded carrot

It’s really simple. Just start by mixing together the dry ingredients. The flower, oatmeal, vanilla powder, baking powder and cinnamon. And in a separate bowl mix the wet ingredients. The egg, butter and sirup. Then add the dry ingredients to the wet ones, and mix together. Then add the carrot into the mixture and stir. Put the mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes. After that just put the oven on 160 degrees Celsius. (325 f). Just plump little balls of the dough on a baking sheet and cook for 12-15 minutes. When you take them out of the oven, let them chill for 10 minutes. They will still be quite moist.

I recommend trying these! They are so good. Have a nice day, peeps.
